Comprehensive Web Training Sessions

Nothing can replace the human side of having an on-site training session, but what do you do when its not possible for a student to give up valuable time to be at home waiting in for a trainer to visit?

I can now offer Web Training Packages for students with Internet Access. Web training uses the very latest technologies in the easiest of methods, by asking a student to log on to my website where they will find a link to join an online session where I can both share my screen and with their permission control their screen I can demonstrate the software whilst at the same time speaking to the student over the telephone at no expense to them.

In my experience it can often be difficult for students on full time courses some which also includes placements, and students own family life to commit to any training time at all, and this often leads to the costly equipment and beneficial software gathering dust and not serving any purpose at all. This can all be avoided when offering the student a session where they can choose both the length and time convenient to them, be it 8am or 8pm.

I can also provide software support using this method which often helps the students to learn where they may be going wrong for improvement as they can show me what complications they are facing and I can show them how to resolve them without making a site-visit.

My preference when using Web Training is to compliment this method with at least one 3 hour on-site training session so that face to face training can also be applied and learning can be confirmed and validated, although if Web training has already taken place the student will already be using the software and gaining advantages and benefits from the software during their coursework, so the visit can be booked at the students convenience.

Please be aware there are some packages which cannot take advantage of Web Training such as the Digital Recorder where it is always best to be on site.
